The Help Menu provides information specific to the program version that is installed on your computer. If you have technical problems with your software, you may be asked for the Version #, Build # and in some cases the Revision #. These numbers are for the convenience of developers to track down and correct any issue as quickly as possible.

 

What Program Version Do I Have?:

 

Software versions are referred to as Major Version #, Minor Version #, Build #, and Revision #. You may see these numbers shown as: "Version 1.2.550.325" as an example.

 

In the above example, the Major Version # would be "1" the Minor Version # would be "2" the Build # would be "550" and the Revision # would be "325."

 

The IMPACT© software will be shown as (ex.:  Version: 1.2 Build 550) and this would be the information you need to provide when requesting support or assistance.

 

As new versions and updates are released, the Software Versions page will be updated to outline what each new version includes.
